Organization administration

Use the administration area to change settings that apply across the organization. Check your permissions before changing members, access levels, or branches.

Organization settings

In the sidebar, open Settings, then select Organization to change the organization name and country.

Branches

Manage branches if your organization is an eligible headquarters with branch capabilities.

Aivident assigns capabilities and permissions in each organization. This documentation does not assume that an access-level name always grants the same access. An access level is a set of user permissions. It is not a hiring Role.

The Organization area requires the rbac_user capability. You also need organization.update to change the organization name or country. The member, access-level, and branch tutorials name the permissions for their tasks.

Organization settings apply across the organization

Section titled “Organization settings apply across the organization”

On the Organization page, open the Settings tab. Edit Organization Name or Organization Country, then select Save Changes.

The organization name applies across the organization. Organization Country also applies across the organization and has two effects:

  • Aivident chooses the default currency for new vacancies.
  • Aivident chooses the default language for generated content when a process does not request a language. Indonesia uses Indonesian. The other available countries use English.
