Privacy and consent

Read each consent item before selecting it. You cannot pass the AI interview disclaimer with an incomplete set of consents.

Read the three required consent items

The AI Interview Disclaimer step shows three separate checkboxes:

1. “I have read and agree to the Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.”
2. “I consent to AI processing and analysis of my interview responses.”
3. “I acknowledge that interview data may be retained according to the applicable retention policy.”

The Read Privacy Notice and Read Terms of Service links open the full documents without leaving the consent step. Use those documents as the source for understanding data use and the terms that apply.

Decide before you continue

You must select all three checkboxes separately. Select a checkbox only after you understand its statement. If a term, data-use purpose, or retention policy is unclear, stop and contact the inviting team through the channel in your invitation.

Understand camera consent

The AI interview setup chosen by the recruiting team determines camera behavior:

• For an audio-only interview, the camera step is skipped entirely. The interview does not request the camera.
• For an interview that requires the camera, the camera is enabled and locked. You must consent and grant browser permission to continue.
• In another configuration, the screen presents the camera as a choice. The Next button still remains disabled until you enable the camera and give consent.

The camera is therefore always required when the camera step appears. There is no path that shows the step and then lets you decline the camera. You also cannot turn the camera off after the interview starts.

After you give consent

The wizard shows the interview details for you to check, then asks for your speaking language. Consent in this step does not correct wrong Candidate details. If the name or position is incorrect, do not confirm it. Contact the inviting team before continuing.
