If something goes wrong

  1. Read the error on the page and use its retry control when one is available.
  2. Check microphone or camera permissions in your browser, then run the technical check again.
  3. Wait for your connection to return before you send the next answer.
  4. Use one tab. If the assessment says progress was saved, continue from the tab with the latest progress.
  5. Reopen the same invitation if the page closes and follow the message shown. Do not create or look for a replacement link yourself.

An assessment may show a message to continue from saved answers after an interruption. Follow the page message; each task can behave differently.

Use the channel listed in your invitation. Include the time of the problem, the device and browser you used, and the visible error text.

Do not send your invitation, access code, recording, transcript, personal documents, or Candidate data through a public channel. Follow the inviting organization’s secure process if it asks for more information.

Cannot open the link or is it no longer valid? Ask the inviting team to check your access and send instructions through its channel.
