Wait for the completion page before closing the browser. Then keep the contact channel in your invitation for follow-up.

Confirm that the interview is recorded as complete

When the flow ends, the AI interview is recorded as complete. The recruiting team receives the result to review.

The completion page may say that results will be emailed. The system does not send that email automatically. Do not wait for an automatic email as proof that the result is available or to learn the recruiting team’s decision.

A completed AI interview is not a hiring decision. The team responsible for the process reviews the result and its context before making a decision. Follow-up comes through the channel named in your invitation.

Download a video backup if offered

If video was recorded, the completion page normally shows Download Video Backup. The button does not appear if the employer disabled downloads.

If the button appears and you want a backup, use that control. If the button does not appear, the download option is not available for your interview.

Ask the inviting team for another attempt

You cannot repeat or restart the AI interview yourself. The product does not provide a retake.

If you need another attempt, contact the inviting team. Only that team can issue a new interview link. The new link creates a new interview and does not resume the previous session. The previous result is kept.

Do not use recovery steps to try to start over. Opening the old invitation continues the same session when that session remains available.
