Capabilities and permissions
Section titled “Capabilities and permissions”| Capability | Used for | Responsibility boundary |
|---|---|---|

| Save AI interview setup and an Interview playbook | Set questions, criteria, and preferences | The recruiting team approves the configuration used. |
| Open Interview Preview | Check questions and messages as a Candidate would | The preview is not a production Candidate result. |
| Create or send a Candidate invitation | Start an AI interview for the intended recipient | Verify the job and recipient before sending. |

Statuses to read
Section titled “Statuses to read”| Area | Status | Operational meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Job status | Draft · Active · Paused · Closed | Use these statuses to understand the job state before taking the next action. |
| AI interview status | Link Sent · In Progress · Completed · Link Expired | Check whether the Candidate has not started, is in progress, has completed, or needs a new invitation. |
| Results filter | Completed · Completed - No Video | Use the available filter to find results that need review. |
Statuses and result signals support review. A status, score, or automated recommendation is not a hiring decision; a person makes the decision using evidence and context.
