Technical requirements

Prepare your microphone, audio, and connection before opening the interview. If the camera step appears, prepare the camera and its browser permission too.

Prepare your device and browser

• Use a device with a microphone that can record your voice.
• Make sure the device can play audio so that you can hear the AI.
• Use a stable internet connection to send recordings and receive the next question.
• Close other apps or tabs that may use the microphone or camera.
• Choose a space that is quiet enough for the speech-recognition test.
• Open site permissions in your browser if you previously denied access.

An audio-only interview does not show the camera step. If the camera step appears, the camera is required to continue. Grant browser access, enable the camera, and give recording consent.

Grant the requested permissions

The first check requests microphone permission. Your browser may show the permission request near the address bar. Choose the option that allows the site to use your microphone. If you deny it, open the site permissions and run the check again.

When a camera is required, the browser asks for camera permission in the camera step. The Next button remains disabled until the camera is enabled and you give consent.

Run the seven checks

The system check runs in a fixed order and stops at the first failure that blocks the interview:

4	Server Connection	The page can connect to the interview service.

6	Download Speed	The connection can receive data.
7	Audio Playback	The browser can open an audio output. This check does not play sound.

Resolve the displayed failure before the next check can run. A red panel shows a Retry Checks button.

Say the speech-recognition phrase

The third check is interactive. The system shows a phrase based on your chosen speaking language:

• English: “Hello, I am ready for my interview today”
• Bahasa Indonesia: “Halo, saya siap melakukan wawancara hari ini”

Say the phrase at a normal conversation volume. You have three attempts. After three failures, the check stops and shows a red panel. Select Retry Checks to run every check again and get three new speech-recognition attempts.

Your speaking language determines the phrase

The interface language and speaking language are separate choices. Select the language you will speak before running the speech-recognition test.

Start only after every check passes

The Start Interview button remains disabled until all seven checks pass. If a red panel appears, read its message and select Retry Checks after fixing the problem.

Do not look for a new link when a check fails. Use the same invitation and contact the inviting team through the channel in your invitation.
