Read interview results

This reference is for recruiting team members who review AI interview results. It explains where results live, what each part of the page shows, and how to read a result that is incomplete. A result is evidence for your decision. It is not the decision.

Open the vacancy, choose More Actions, point to the Interview submenu and choose Interview Results. You can also choose View All Results on Bulk Interview Links.

The results pages open only when your company’s plan includes interview results. Without it, the product takes you back to the Dashboard. The Interview submenu itself appears only for companies that are not on a self-serve plan.

The page title reads Interview Results. Use Back to Job to return to the vacancy. The EN and ID buttons switch the page language.

Card What it counts
Total Interviews Sessions that match your current search and filters
Completed Completed sessions for this vacancy
Page Avg Score The average overall score of the rows on this page only
  • Search: by the Candidate’s name or email.
  • Status: All Status, Completed, Awaiting, In Progress or Expired.
  • Recommendation: All Recommendations, Strong Hire, Hire, Maybe or No Hire.
  • Advanced: shows two more filters. The type filter offers All Types, Unified, Has Video, Has Transcript and Completed - No Video. The issue filter offers All Sessions, Has Issue Report and Has Open Issue Report, for sessions where the Candidate reported a problem.
  • Clear all filters resets them.
Column What it shows
Candidate Name and email, with a count badge when the Candidate reported an issue
Status Completed, Incomplete, Expired, In Progress or Awaiting, and the Assessment Completeness value below it
Score The overall score, or a dash when none was recorded
Recommendation A badge computed from the overall score
Profile The assessment type: Unified, Video + Transcript, Video Only, Transcript Only or Pending
Date When the session was completed, or created if it was not
Action View opens a quick preview. The menu offers Open full details, Copy interview link while the link is live, Generate new link, and video actions when available

A row reads Incomplete when the session was interrupted, or when the Candidate started and the link expired before the end. It reads Expired when the Candidate never started before the link ran out.

Open full details appears for completed and interrupted sessions. Generate new link creates a new session for the same application and copies its link. It follows the same rules as an invitation, so it fails while a live link exists. See Invite Candidates to the AI interview.

Value What it means
Complete Every criterion in the saved rubric has a recorded score.
Incomplete Some criteria have no score. They are unscored, not failed.
Unavailable The session has no criterion-level scores, or the product cannot verify coverage for this older result.

The badge is worked out from the overall score each time the page shows it: 85 and above reads Strong Hire, 70 and above Hire, 50 and above Maybe, and anything lower No Hire. A result stored as No Hire stays No Hire whatever its score. The badge text is in English in both languages.

Choose Export. The CSV Export Preview shows the first rows and how many interviews have criterion scores. Choose Export CSV to download every interview that matches your current filters, not only this page.

Open full details opens one session. Use Back to Results to return to the list with your filters kept.

The header shows the Candidate’s name and email, and Session complete or Session not complete. Buttons: Export PDF downloads a report, and Share appears for administrators and hiring managers.

Below the header, a summary states how the session ended:

Field What it shows
End reason Configured time elapsed, Candidate ended the session, Interview provider interrupted, Session ended before completion, or Not recorded
Observed / configured duration How long the session ran against the time it was set up for
Configuration version The rubric version and when the configuration was saved. View configuration lists the saved settings, prompt, model and any earlier assessments
Outcome and coverage Interrupted, Completed, Completed · reason not recorded or Not completed, then how many criteria have evidence and how many are unscored

When the session was interrupted, Review answers opens the transcript.

Tab What it shows
Overview The Video Recording when one exists, the first three criteria with View all criteria and rubrics, Recorded aggregate scores, Connection Quality, reported issues, Conversation Quality, Critical Question Summary when configured, and Strengths, Areas for Improvement and Red Flags
Assessment Every criterion with its evidence. See Criterion rows.
Video Analysis Eye contact, expressions, body language, voice and speech measures when video analysis ran. Otherwise it says no video analysis data is available.
Screenshots Frames captured from the video, or No Screenshots Available
Executive Summary Candidate and interview details, the recommendation, the overall score and Recommended Next Steps
Transcript Interview Transcript, each turn marked AI Interviewer or with the Candidate’s name

On Assessment, each criterion of the saved rubric has a row:

  • A score out of 5 when the evidence supports one.
  • No supporting evidence when no saved answer supports a score.
  • Rubric unavailable when the saved rubric has no anchor for this criterion.

Open a row to see the Question, the Interview answer quoted from the transcript, the answer time, View transcript, and the Matched saved rubric anchor. A score appears only when its quoted excerpt is found in the Candidate’s own answers after a question, and the saved rubric has an anchor for that score. A note at the end says CV evidence is reviewed separately.

When the session has no rubric at all, the tab says the session rubric is unavailable and criterion scores cannot be displayed.

Connection Quality shows Status, Latency, Stability and Network type, and for newer sessions Affected phases and Capture completeness. Capture completeness reads Complete, Partial or Unavailable. These describe how well the session was captured and uploaded. They do not change the assessment score, and they say nothing about the Candidate’s ability.

Export PDF adds a notice when the assessment is not complete. It reads “Incomplete assessment” when some criteria were not assessed, and “Assessment evidence unavailable” when the result has a score or recommendation but no criterion-level evidence. This notice appears in the PDF only, not on the page.

  • A completed session is not a complete assessment: check Assessment Completeness in the list and the coverage line in the summary. Two short answers do not cover every criterion.
  • Complete in the list, gaps on the page: the list counts recorded scores. The Assessment tab shows a score only with a supporting quote. Trust the quote.
  • Unscored is not failed: a criterion with No supporting evidence has no evidence either way. Do not read it as a low score.
  • Interrupted or expired: read the End reason and the transcript. A dropped connection or an ended link is not a judgement of the Candidate. If you need more evidence, create a new link from the application.
  • A score with no criteria behind it: treat it as unexplained. Read the transcript and check the vacancy’s interview setup before you rely on it.

Go to Applications and record what you decided on the application. Move the applicant with a reason, or record an outcome. See Manage the Candidate pipeline and Record offers and hires. Nothing on the results pages changes the application.
